Information Centre orders

There have been some delays in processing Information Centre orders over the past few weeks.

We have been upgrading our systems and processes to make online shopping and ordering a better experience for you in the future.

As part of these changes all stock, whether ordered from the Information Centre or Scout Shops Ltd, is being despatched by Scout Shops.

During the transition there has been a delay in orders being processed. We are working extremely hard to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. We are very sorry for this delay. Please bear with us while these improvements are made.

We look forward to telling you all about your new enhanced service as soon as it is ready to launch.
